Hermes Advisory exists to help Australian accounting firms grow—without being constrained by staffing shortages, rising costs, or capacity limits.

Founded by a Chartered Accountant and CPA with over 17 years’ experience, including 12 years at Deloitte and PwC, Hermes Advisory brings Big 4 discipline, quality, and rigour to outsourced accounting and advisory support. Our founder has worked extensively with SMEs, large multinational groups, and ASX-listed organisations, giving us a deep understanding of what high-performing accounting firms need at every stage of growth.

Based in Australia, with a dedicated offshore delivery centre in South Africa, we provide a reliable extension of your firm—delivering skilled accounting professionals who integrate seamlessly with your existing team. Our South African team is carefully selected, professionally trained, and managed under Australian leadership to ensure consistency, accountability, and quality. All staff in our South African team hold Accounting Degrees and are either qualified or in the process of becoming qualified Chartered Accountants or Professional Accountants.
